Secure Storage

Your coins are stored in ultra-secure safes located at the Geneva Free Ports, one of the most secure places in the world, outside any banking system.

Home Delivery

Receive your coins directly at your home, anywhere in the world. This option is available for coins stored in French safes dedicated to delivery. Shipping fees may apply depending on the value and weight of your order.

Fully Insured

All deliveries are fully insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, you are covered for the full market value of your precious metals.

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery in real-time.

Returns & Refunds

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchased products for a full refund, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all packaging and certificates intact. Products that have been damaged or altered cannot be refunded.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at infos@aurovelis.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

⚠️ Important : For hygiene and security reasons, bullion and coins that have been opened, damaged, or show signs of tampering cannot be returned. Storage fees are non-refundable.
