Aurovelis.com, through its parent company AuCOFFRE.com, Veracash and CrypCool, has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2022 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified since 2026.
These two international certifications reflect a standard of excellence that has been rooted in the AuCOFFRE.com group since its creation in 2009: delivering the best possible service to our clients, in complete security. Aurovelis.com carries this commitment forward as a proud subsidiary of the group.
ISO 9001 — The International Quality Standard
The ISO 9001 standard is an international standard that aims to evaluate the implementation of an efficient quality management system. The evaluation criteria are identical for all certified companies, which helps standardise performance standards on a global scale.
ISO 27001 — The International Information Security Standard
Information security has been one of our priorities from day one. Because you entrust us with sensitive information, we have structured and audited our security approach according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, the international reference for information protection.
Quality processes in our DNA since our creation
This certification is a true milestone in our continuous improvement approach and our desire to provide the best service to our clients. However, we had not waited for this ISO 9001 certification to initiate the implementation of such processes.
The AuCOFFRE.com group was created to democratise and make precious metals more accessible as an alternative to banks, outside the banking system and State control. Gold and silver are tangible values, unlike currency, and are stable, even safe-haven values in times of crisis. When financial markets fluctuate, or even collapse, demand for these metals explodes, leading to a sharp rise in their price.
